Kilbrin G.A.A Club.

Congrats to Kilbrin Hurlers on reaching the Duhallow Final. The final will be played in Tullylease on Sunday 12th Sept.

County Hospital Hurling Marathon.

Kilbrin G.A.A. Club will donate half the proceeds of next weeks lotto draw to the County Hospital Hurling Marathon Fund. Tickets One line €2. Three lines €5 can be bought from any club member.

Blackwater Community Connect. Home security/accident prevention for older people.

Blackwater Community Connect is organising a home security/accident prevention information morning for older people to be held in the Adair Hall, Fermoy on Fri Sept 10th between 10.30am and 12.30pm. Diarmuid Cronin [Community Alert Co-ordinator] will give a talk on home security and accident prevention in the home. Home security products will be on view and information on various services will also be available. For more information contact 025 33411.

Exciting Charity Concert in aid of Bru Columbanus 10th Sept City Hall Cork.at 7.30pm. I.R.D. Duhallow.

I.R.D. Duhallow in conjunction with Cork Sports Partnership will hold a Sports Ability day in Banteer Community Centre on Sat 25th Sept from 10am to 12pm.This event will provide people with the opportunity to try out a wide variety of sports and physical activities. It is open to everyone including people with disability, coaches, special needs assistants, parents, youth club leaders, carers, and anyone with an interest in promoting sport and physical activity for people with disability.
